Courier Service
All UK mainland deliveries are shipped using a recognised UK courier delivery service at a standard charge of £3.75 per consignment (small items) and £5.99 for larger/heavier items. Delivery will be 2-5 days. Parcelforce 48 hour service is available at £7.50 (UK mainland only). Please request 48 hour service when placing your order. Orders over £100 will be shipped free of charge to the UK mainland.
For deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland the delivery charge will be £15.
We will wherever possible consolidate an order to ensure one delivery. If this would result in a delay in despatch in excess of one week, we will provide the option of shipping the goods in stock at the relevant delivery charge and will provide a quotation for the delivery of goods that are not immediately available. Any additional delivery charge will not exceed £5.99 (or £15 for non UK mainland locations) per consignment.
We will provide a quotation for deliveries to other countries and will not despatch goods unless the customer has confirmed acceptance of the associated delivery charges. For more information please email us at admin@crickethockeydirect.co.uk
All deliveries will require a signature to verify receipt. We will be happy to accept instructions to deliver to an alternative mainland UK address to allow this to be achieved.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cricket Hockey Direct. Goods may be returned within 7 days provided they are unworn, unused and in their original packing. We will provide a refund against returns that comply with this requirement but regret that we are unable to refund delivery costs.
